Our Lady Academy Senior Tilley Newman Named 2025 South Mississippi All-Star Golfer by MAC

BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. — Our Lady Academy is proud to announce that senior golfer, Tilley Newman, has been selected as one of the 2025 South Mississippi All-Star Golfers by the Mississippi Association of Coaches (MAC).

This distinguished honor recognizes the top high school golfers in South Mississippi and is part of the MAC’s annual All-Star program. Newman was among 11 coast golfers selected to represent the southern region in the 2025 All-Star Golf Match, scheduled for November 4 at The Azaleas at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Philadelphia, MS.

About the Selection & Match

• The MAC All-Star Golf Match features top high school golfers from across the state, with separate North and South teams.

• Selection is based on tournament performance, feedback from coaches, and observed excellence throughout the season.

• The All-Star Match begins at 9:00 AM on November 4 at The Azaleas at Dancing Rabbit.

Newman’s Highlights & Recognition

As as 5th year member of the OLA Golf Team, Tilley Newman has had a standout performance of the past couple of years. Newman is a 2 time state champion, 3 time Crescent Award winner, Individual District Champion, and 2 time Team District Champion. Her consistent play, competitive spirit, and sportsmanship made her a natural choice for MAC’s South All-Star roster this year.
