Building Repair Status and Cost

The current status of each of our buildings is listed below, as well as estimated costs to repair, rebuild, or restore (this is for the building repairs/rebuild only; does not include classroom equipment or furnishings):

• Mercy Hall- $300,000.00  (HALF OF FUNDS HAVE BEEN SECURED TO REBUILD; $150,000 STILL NEEDED; THIS IS OLA'S HIGHEST PRIORITY RIGHT NOW; MAJOR REPAIR COMPONENTS ARE $64,000 (ROOF), $47,000 (ROOF DECKING), AND $42,000 (DOORS).

• Johnson Hall- $178,000.00 (COST OF MATERIALS ALREADY COVERED BY DONATIONS;  REPAIRS CURRENTLY  UNDERWAY USING VOLUNTEER HELP)

• McAuley Hall-  $52,000.00 (CLEANUP AND REPAIRS COMPLETE; FIVE CLASSROOMS ARE NOW BACK IN USE

• St. Joseph Hall - $500,000 (ORIGINAL BUILDING REQUIRED COMPLETE DEMOLITION DUE TO SEVERE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE; MUST BE REPLACED; PLANNING AND ESTIMATES UNDERWAY)

• Commons / Cafeteria Area - CLEANED AND REFURBISHED; CURRENTLY IN USE
