Thank you for considering a monetary donation to OLA

We are a 502(c)3 charitable organization, and your donations are tax deductible.

This picture of the Blessed Virgin Mary was found in the OLA debris after Hurricane Katrina.  An OLA student said that this image of the Virgin Mary looked so kind and peaceful, as if saying to us, "Everything is going to be OK."  With God's grace, the help of many people already, and your continued support, OLA is indeed on the road to being OK !

You can make monetary donations to OLA in 3 ways:

(1) You can now make an ONLINE DONATION below using PayPal.  A tax receipt is automatically generated after your transaction is complete.
Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to make a donation; you can use a credit card.

(2) Donations can also be sent through mail directly to the school.  Regular mail, UPS, and FEDEX are all in reliable operation in our local area.   Please make checks payable to "Our Lady Academy" or to the "OLA Katrina Fund" and send to:

Our Lady Academy
222 S. Beach Blvd                                                                                                        Bay St Louis, MS 39520

(3) Please consider monthly deductions or allotments from your paycheck into the OLA Katrina Fund.  The continuous giving on an automatic basis makes it easy on you, and will make a big difference to OLA.  To arrange this, please contact:

Your monetary donations are very important to our livelihood!  Insurance and diocese funds received after Hurricane Katrina were no where close to meeting our repair, refurbishment, scholarship, and operating needs.  With your help, we can ensure that the OLA tradition of our all-girls school continues (it is the only all-girls school in the state of Mississippi).  There are many reasons why we love OLA.   Please read these letters below to see why.
