"Change" OLA For The Better -- Fundraiser

(April 1- July 1, 2006)                 

Could you spare your loose change for the next 4 months?  Do you often find loose change when doing laundry, in the couch, or on the floor?  Can you spare that small change you get back after paying for an item at the store?  If so, would you consider donating it to OLA ?!  

OLA suffered severe damage from Hurricane Katrina, and needs to raise a substantial amount of money to finance building repairs and school equipment by July 1, 2006.  We also have other needs.  Since this is a fundraiser that anyone can do, we are asking for support from across the nation!   It is our hope that churches, schools, service groups, OLA and SJA alumnae, and all other interested supporters might consider participating in this fundraiser with us.  

Here's what to do:

• collect your loose change between now and July 1, 2006, and encourage those you know to do the same

• cash in your coins at the bank in exchange for a check made out to the OLA Katrina Fund  

• mail your check to Our Lady Academy, 222 S. Beach Blvd, Bay St. Louis MS 39520

• please send a note (or even a photo) with your check to tell us a little about yourself, school, church, or organization; we'd like to know about you!

• know that you are "changing" OLA for the better by supporting OLA in its time of need

• accept OLA's sincere appreciation for your support and generosity
