At OLA, we believe in the innate value of each young woman. We strive to listen - really listen - to what each is trying to say to us. OLA provides an atmosphere where students may verbalize concerns without judgment, bring personal issues safely, and then receive suggestions and advice to form a plan of action.
Academically, we follow the development of each student with an eye toward selecting a challenging curriculum suited to her individual needs and preparing her for her college and/or career choice.
